In a plastic bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second increments in the microwave.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to 3 months.

To enjoy, remove the mixture from the refrigerator (or thaw if frozen, by moving it to the refrigerator the day before).

Place 3 tablespoons (about 50 g) of the mixture in your favorite ceramic mug.

Microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.

Let cool for a few minutes, then ENJOY!
Note
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semisweet chocolate.
- You can also add other ingredients to your brownie, such as chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit.
- If you don't have almond flour, you can substitute another type of nut flour, such as coconut flour.
- For a fudgier brownie, bake it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
