Dragon Fruit Ice Cream
Ingredients
  • 1 red dragon fruit
  • 3/4 cups vanilla or strawberry ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons Rompope Santa Clara
Instructions
  1. Peel the dragon fruit and set aside half of it, cut into small cubes, for decoration.
  2. In a blender, combine the remaining half of the dragon fruit, ice cream, and Rompope Santa Clara.
  3. If the mixture becomes too soft, freeze it for a few minutes to firm it up.
  4. Serve in your favorite pre-frozen glass or cup.
  5. Garnish with the reserved dragon fruit cubes.
  6. Enjoy!
Note
  • For a more intense dragon fruit flavor, use frozen dragon fruit.
  • You can also add other fruits to your ice cream, such as strawberries, mangoes, or pineapple.
  • If you don't have a blender, mash the dragon fruit with a fork and mix it with ice cream and Rompope Santa Clara.
  • This ice cream is also a great way to use up leftover dragon fruit.
