Mazapán Rompopini

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Santa Clara Rompope
  • 1/4 ounce Orgeat Syrup (almond syrup)
  • 1/2 of Marzipan
  • 3 ounces Almond Milk
Instructions
  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Santa Clara Rompope, Orgeat Syrup, and Almond Milk.

  2. Break the marzipan into small pieces and add it to the shaker.

  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  5. (Optional) You can garnish with a thin slice of marzipan.
