Zuri’s Confession Brownie

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces 3.13 semisweet chocolate (best quality you can find)
  • 2 ounces 2.12 almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia
  • 1 egg
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 1 Rompope Santa Clara
  • 1 fl 1.70 oz oat milk
Instructions
  1. In a plastic bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second increments in the microwave.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to 3 months.

  4. To enjoy, remove the mixture from the refrigerator (or thaw if frozen, by moving it to the refrigerator the day before).

  5. Place 3 tablespoons (about 50 g) of the mixture in your favorite ceramic mug.

  6. Microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then ENJOY!

Note
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semisweet chocolate.
  • You can also add other ingredients to your brownie, such as chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit.
  • If you don't have almond flour, you can substitute another type of nut flour, such as coconut flour.
  • For a fudgier brownie, bake it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
